Rules

1. Please be 101% sure before ordering.
2. You must be 18+y/o or has parental/guardian supervision to buy from us.
3. Order confirmation will not be automatically sent to you, but we will inform you if your order/s are already secured.
4. Once Order Confirmation is sent means that the item is "yours", any cancellation beyond this point is not allowed, please refer to our Cancellation tab.

We accept orders even if we didn't open any GOs, we also offer Box Sharing under Normal ETA.

Payment Terms

1. The deadline of payment will be strictly followed.
2. Should you not be able to settle your balances by the deadline of payment, please inform us immediately.
3. A late payment fee of Php 50 per day will be implemented.
4. Failure of payment will force us to tag you as bogus buyer publicly.

Gcash, Maya, Bank Transfer (upon request)

Cancellation

1. Strictly no cancellation of orders. If you do decide to cancel, please inform us before the deadline of order. You will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 60% of total price of your order.
Failure to pay will force us to post you as a bogus buyer/joy reserver publicly.

Delivery/Shipments and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

  • Arrival of items to our KR address
    Items are usually delivered 2-4 weeks from the release date. A photo proof will be posted once we received the items in our address.

  • ETA to PH
    Usually we wait until our box is at its full capacity before we have it shipped to the Philippines. This takes 1 to 3 months.
    Shipping takes 2 to 4 weeks upon pick up from our KR Address.
    Please be patient as regulations being implemented at customs are beyond our control.
    We will be posting formal updates for unexpected delays.

  • Allowable Storage Period
    Should there be no response 2 weeks after our shipment message (LSF notice), your order will be considered forfeited nad cancelled. Our storage is limited. If your item is already paid, it will be considered non-refundable.

  • Local Shipping Fee
    Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer. You will be informed of the local shipping fee before booking for pick up.

  • Packing and Shipping
    Any delays on the ship out of products, buyers will be informed. We do packing of orders and shipments during weekends. Do take note that some couriers does not allow pick ups during Sundays, Please be well informed.

  • Damages/Dents
    We will not be liable for any delays or damages/dents caused by the courier once the packages are handed over to them. A copy of tracking number will be sent to you once the pick up has been made.
